Hybrid class is a high-intensity, mixed modality workout that combines dumbbell, kettlebell and bodyweight training. Like all of our classes it is grounded in strength training, but also features a ton of metabolic conditioning. It’s a full-body workout that will help you break through plateaus and crush your goals.

LIFTING SCHOOL

Saturdays @ 12pm

Learning how to train is often what is standing between you and your fitness goals. Lifting school is a small group technique class that will teach you everything you need to know about barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight training. It will also change the way you see training forever.
