I trained as a corporate legal counsel in Paris, France. You’d think it’s incredibly exciting to be part of corporate mergers and takeovers, but it didn’t feed my soul, and I was so burned out and breaking out in zits, I started working out as a way to relieve the stress. I joined a workout team, and was disgruntled by the fact I couldn’t lift my body for a chin up or couldn’t do a push up. I started to train to keep up.
Next thing you know, instead of sweating it out in a legal boardroom, I found myself sweating it out (literally) in the gym. I found that getting stronger physically (which lead to feeling strong mentally, who knew??), DID feed my soul.
I moved to Toronto in 2016, a fantastic and diverse city, that welcomed me with open arms. I met trainers who welcomed me with very toned arms. I wanted to become one of them, training other people the way my trainer back in France trained me.
That leads me to today, where my mantra is to empower anybody of any age. I’ve taught teens to seniors, women and men. Those who have a fitness goal and want to invest in their health is right up my alley.
I talk the talk (you’ll hear from me if I don’t get a text update about your progress) and I walk the walk. I compete and am training for my next meet where I intend on getting 1st place.
Here are my credentials:
