COVID 19 update

I care about the health and safety of all my clients, and want to ensure their peace of mind as well. I am currently offering online training to my clients with zoom, FaceTime, What’s App, Google Hangouts.

We can chat in advance to go over your goals, what equipment you have (including household items!) and work online until it is safe to work together in person. Please prepare a list of what work out equipment you have, including household items (free weights, a broom, a full liquid laundry detergent bottle with handle, etc.).

Mastering the foundations

Powerlifting

Powerlifting makes me feel incredibly strong. The Big 3 Lifts: back squat, bench press, and deadlift can sound scary but i will teach you how to set up for your lift, use your body to your advantage, listen to the commands, and help you to overcome your fears.

Weightlifting

Instead of watching athletes snatch, clean and jerk at the Olympics, how about trying it ?

As an level 2 Eleiko international strength coach, I will coach you through these lifts including knowing the different positions, learning the pulls, and how to get stronger and faster under the bar.
